Natalie Shoptaw
Regional Admin Coordinator
Natalie Shoptaw joined the Hearing Lab family in 2016 as a patient services coordinator. When asked what her favorite part of her position is, she answered “When my patients tell me all the different old and new sounds they can now hear, from birds singing to the turning signals in their cars. It is amazing how the smallest tech can make the biggest difference in lives!”
Natalie resides in Chicago with her husband, author Richard Shoptaw. In her spare time, she likes to cuddle in her grandmother’s chair and crochet while listening to a great audiobook, enjoys video gaming with her husband, and Star Wars.
