Doctor is very patient- always on time, pleasent, effective in explaining any questions or concerns.

Both receptionist and audiologist were extremely friendly and professional. Exam was quick but thorough. I received very good advice on choosing the appropriate product and the proper insurance forms were quickly filed. It was an entirely satisfying experience.

I was not hearing properly with my right-side hearing aid. Natalie was able to get me in on the next day and Tim solved the problem and cleaned both hearing on that day. Very happy with the service.
